Yaa specializes, manages, and creates inclusive and collaborative treatment plans for diverse adult patient populations who are diagnosed with various Diabetes Mellitus types in collaboration with other key providers of the healthcare team. In addition, Yaa has extensive experience with obesity management and various oral and injectable Diabetes/weight loss pharmacotherapy agents such as GLP-1 and GLP/GIP drugs. As an Advanced Diabetes Management provider, Yaa has developed extensive skills with various Diabetes technologies such as insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors which is vital, beneficial, and lifesaving for patients living with Diabetes.
